COOL-WD: A Completeness Tool for Wikidata
نویسندگان
چکیده
Wikidata as a collaborative Semantic Web data source has enjoyed increasing prominence, storing over 150 million facts about more than 26 million entities. Yet it is missing a way to assess its completeness. In this demo we present COOL-WD, a tool for supporting the completeness lifecycle of Wikidata, that is, the creation, view, update, and consumption of metadata about Wikidata completeness. COOL-WD is available at http://cool-wd.inf.unibz.it/ and has so far collected more than 10,000 completeness statements.

Managing and Consuming Completeness Information for Wikidata Using COOL-WD
Wikidata is a fast-growing, crowdsourced, and entity-centric KB that currently stores over 100 million facts about more than 21 million entities. Such a vast amount of data gives rise to the question: How complete is information in Wikidata? It turns out that there is no easy answer since Wikidata currently lacks a means to describe the completeness of its stored information, as in, Which entit...
متن کاملEnabling Fine-Grained RDF Data Completeness Assessment
Nowadays, more and more RDF data is becoming available on the Semantic Web. While the Semantic Web is generally incomplete by nature, on certain topics, it already contains complete information and thus, queries may return all answers that exist in reality. In this paper we develop a technique to check query completeness based on RDF data annotated with completeness information, taking into acc...
متن کاملDASTWAR: a tool for completeness estimation in magnitude-size plane
Today, great observatories around the world, devote a substantial amount of observing time to sky surveys. The resulted images are inputs of source finder modules. These modules search for the target objects and provide us with source catalogues. We sought to quantify the ability of detection tools in recovering faint galaxies regularly encountered in deep surveys. Our approach was based on com...
متن کاملA hot white dwarf luminosity function from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey
Aims. We present a hot white dwarf (WD) luminosity function (LF) using data taken from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) Data Release 4. We present and discuss a combined LF, along with separate DA and non-DA as LFs. We explore the completeness of our LFs and interpret a sudden drop in the non-DA LF near 2 Mbol as a transition of the non-DA WD atmosphere into the DA one during WD evolution. O...
